A beautiful multi-panel long skirt with black and white print and laced stripes in a heavy crinkled cotton fabric. The skirt has an elastic waist with a tassel drawstring. While the tiers give it a flow, the crinkle holds it together, creating an elastic flouncy look. There are five tiers, the skirt is not lined, and the drawstring can be on the sides or middle. The skirt has a hugging fit on the top and goes wider at the hem. Available in different sizes. Excellent wear for a witch, fairycore, or other aesthetic looks.
