A beautiful multi-panel long skirt with black and white print and laced stripes in a heavy crinkled cotton fabric. The skirt has an elastic waist with a tassel drawstring. While the tiers give it a flow, the crinkle holds it together, creating an elastic flouncy look. There are 5 tiers, the skirt is not lined and the drawstring can be on the sides or middle.
